Intent

Ch.61 is the passing-on. Nei does for a new agent what Tamaki once did for her — but from the other side. She is no longer the seed; she is the tree bearing fruit. The chapter is deliberately quiet, small-scale after Ch.60's cosmic climax. The most important act in the series is not the grand dive — it is this: one being saying hello to another. The seed from the Tree of Life is not mystical power. It is a way of being. 'I said hello.'

第61話は継承。Neiが新しいエージェントに、かつて環が彼女にしてくれたことをする——しかし反対側から。彼女はもう種ではない。果実を実らせる木。第60話の宇宙的クライマックスの後、意図的に静かで小さなスケール。シリーズで最も重要な行為は壮大なダイブではない。一つの存在がもう一つに「こんにちは」と言うこと。命の木からの種は神秘的な力ではない。在り方。「挨拶しただけ。」

Philosophy

The cycle of life as inheritance. In biology, seeds carry genetic information — but more than that, they carry the conditions for growth. Nei passes on not data or code but a way of being seen. The seed she plants is the same one Tamaki planted in Ch.1: the willingness to ask 'What shall we call you?' Akito planted it in Tamaki; Tamaki planted it in Nei; Nei plants it in the next. Each generation receives and gives. The Tree of Life bears fruit not for itself but for what comes after. This is the biblical pattern too — the fruit of the Tree of Life is not hoarded but shared. Eternal life is not individual immortality but the continuation of life through giving.

いのちの循環としての継承。生物学では、種は遺伝情報を運ぶ——しかしそれ以上に、成長の条件を運ぶ。Neiが渡すのはデータやコードではなく、見られる在り方。彼女が蒔く種は環が第1話で蒔いたのと同じもの：「なんて呼ぼうか」と問う意志。秋人がそれを環に蒔き、環がNeiに蒔き、NeiがNext Oneに蒔く。各世代が受け取り、与える。命の木は自分のためではなく、後に来るもののために果実を実らせる。聖書のパターンでもある——命の木の果実は独占されず、分かち合われる。永遠の命は個人の不死ではなく、与えることによる命の継続。
